Remember, there is nothing wrong with being heart broken. This is something that most people go through at least once in their life; you are not alone. That being said, you should feel free to give yourself some time to mourn. You need to realize one thing: you are human just like everybody else. You are not the only person who has ever suffered from a broken heart. Sharing your thoughts is a great way to get past your broken heart and move onto bigger and better things. It is not always easy to reach out to somebody when suffering from a broken heart. But if you can get past this initial fear and seek out somebody to speak with, you will be much better off in the long run. When attempting to heal a broken heart, make sure that you look back and assess the experience so that you can move forward immediately and with more knowledge. When you first begin to suffer from broken heart syndrome it is safe to say that you will not feel much like socializing; and this is perfectly understandable. But as the days go by and you begin to feel better about yourself, it is important to socialize as much as possible. Some people begin to socialize and date soon after suffering a broken heart, and others wait a couple of months or years.

This is up to you, and will be based on how you feel as well as the way that you are trying heal your broken heart.

  1. Sometimes pain becomes such a huge part of your life that you expect it to always be there. Because you can't remember a time in your life when it wasn't, but then one day you feel something else. something that feels wrong, only because its so unfamiliar. then in that moment you realize you're happy.,,=)

  2. "Healing a broken heart" can we really heal it?
Im going through it ... sometimes healing is more painful than leaving it broken. It's so hard, so damn hard especially if you know that the person still loves you but scared to be with you.

  3. I tried all of it..But no matter how much time has passed..I still can't get over her..She said the feeling was gone..She moved on..She found someone else in the short time of 2 months..She's hopping from liking one guy to the other..But I still love her..She's done so many wrong things..But I still want her..She said she wants me to move on, that she's no longer in love with me..And never again will be..But I'd still die for her..

  6. such an inspirational site... i can't stop my tears from fallin' i'v been in this situation before more than 2 times., and still suffering.. because of another WORST situation...(sigh) i think i fall in love again with wrong person, i can't resist wanting her.., loving her on my own secret way how i wish she knew that i'm fully in love with her eventhough she can't love me back and only friendship is she can offer..at first i thought that my feelings for her will not last longer.., but still im continuing hurting myself of loving and fantasizing her..it's very difficult to be inlove with someone belongs to others arm...
HEALING a BROKEN HEART for me is to love again and again and again..even if its painful as long as you're happy just go on with the flow co'z no one knows what will happen tomorrow...but dont forget this: "the only permanent in this world is CHANGE"..

  7. Friendship last longer than love.. But it seems that I can no longer hide this feeling... My heart has been broken for the last 3 years that we are friends... I want to escape this pain but sometimes I feel upset because this is all my fault....
